Sonicbids Artists who submit will be considered to be a winner of our
"Searchlight" song competition. The winner's are chosen at the sole discretion
of the producers of In Search of a Song, and final.

"Searchlight" is a special feature radio piece comprising an
interview with the winner of the "Searchlight" song competition on our
SonicBids gig listing, published as a special feature as part of our In Search
of a Song Radio Series, and on our website.

The PRX version of the artist's Searchlight interview by the artist will be
added to the Members section of our website and promoted in our email
newsletter and blog. One winner of the contest on Sonicbids will be featured
each month. Each year one or more Searchlight artists will be given more
extensive coverage on In Search of a Song (see below for details).

"In Search of a Song" is a weekly long form radio piece featuring music
from and an in depth interview with one established artist or band. The
show is one hour in length and is distributed nationally via PRX (Public
Radio Exchange). Artists featured are primarily from the rock, folk,
country, and singer-songwriter genres.

In Search of a Song is hosted by musician Jason Wilber, executive producer
Rich Reardin, and other special guest hosts from time to time.
